Parts and Labor Contracts:
This is our Plan which includes the Spring and Fall Inspections
shown above. We will replace any faulty or worn-out parts to keep your equipment
in proper working order. The term parts shall include:
- indoor coil
- indoor fan and motor
- outdoor coil
- outdoor fan and motor
- accumulator
- reversing valve
- refrigerant piping
- heating elements
- low voltage wiring
- protective devices and controls
- contactors and relays
- thermostats
We will provide refrigerant, brazing supplies and gases necessary to return
your equipment to proper working order. You will also be provided hour emergency
service if it is required to maintain a safe building temperature.
